Coaches don't teach.
They don't advice.
They don't usually have much to say that you're not already aware of.
Yet, it's not coaching, if there is no learning.
You may learn about yourself - your beliefs, your behaviours, how you show up in different situations.
It might be about others, or about tasks, projects, priorities - but it is always what you see through your lens. Or through another lens that you pick.
The role of the coach is creating the space for deeper reflection, which is essential for the learning to happen at deeper levels.
