What makes a Personal Brand tick?
Every personal brand is a combination of 5 Elements.

Character - The personal attributes that make you an effective brand are of two types:
? Logical attributes - Strengths, Experience, and Credentials, and
❤️ Emotional attributes - Values and Personality

? Contribution - Your contribution determines the value you add, and the impact you create. You can look at Contribution from the lens of the past (Achievements), the present (Projects you're working on), or the future (your Mission)

?‍ Customer - This is the person you serve. If your personal branding focus is career success, your customer is the person/people who can offer you your dream job

?‍ Collaborators - You need help to serve Customers and make your Contribution. This is provided by Collaborators. These include Colleagues (people you work with and through), Networks, as well as Communities that you are part of.

? Contrast - These are the differentiators that make your brand stand out. They can arise from any of the other elements or, a combination of elements.

The 5C Framework can be used to assess any personal brand - to understand how these 5 elements work individually and together, to create brand value.
